Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth the wait! Ever since I heard about this game on RPGamer, I've been eagerly awaiting its release. I have to say I can greatly impressed! I love this game and despite how it may seem to some, it can really challenge you. Greed is NOT good as tempting treasures lie in every dungeon floor. It's a matter of getting it or skipping it. Can't say I hate anything about this game at all! The Fupongs are a cute addition to the series, and they sort of remind me of Pikmin, as they have special abilities and are quite loyal to Sword. Boss battles are fun as well and have the Phantom Hourglass feel to them. I was hoping a game of this genre wouldn't be crippled by games like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon or Izuna and it isn't! Suprisingly, even if you fail a dungeon, you still get to keep the items you obtain So if you mess up, but still manage to get good items you can go back and try again, doing possibly better! Try this game out! Sure it may be tough on you, but it's addicting enough to go for again! I'm speaking from experience too. (Oh, and to all of you Sonic fans, this game's character designs were made by Sonic the Hedgehog's creator Naoto Ooshima.)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did they try? OK, I hate to say this but this game looks like a very very poor attempt to cash in on the RPG trend hitting the DS. The main character with the sword is named Sword. The crazy whatever making people disappear is called the Away. What next? I can see the full story now: "In the mystical land of Realm our hero Sword must investigate the disappearances caused by the mysterious Away while dealing with the evil villain Badguy and his horde of demons known as Beasts." Generic through and through. Also, copple in the fact that he also looks like a generic attempt to cash in on the Lego games as either he's supposed to be a block character or the game designer is still in 5th grade Arts and Crafts. The character is such a basic shape it almost appears as if they hope to one day market him as a pinata.
