1-Year Limited Warranty
Thank you for purchasing Red Samurai™. GameStop, Inc. ("GameStop") warrants to you, the original purchaser of the Product, that the Product shall be free from defects in the original manufacture of the material or workmanship for one (1) year (the "Warranty Period") from your date of purchase. If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs during the Warranty Period, GameStop will elect to either repair or replace the Product, in its sole discretion and at no cost to you. This Limited Warranty is only available to consumers within the United States. This Limited Warranty does not apply to: (a) normal wear and tear or abusive use; (b) industrial, professional or commercial use; or (c) if the product has been tampered with or modified.
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMESTOP'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMESTOP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DELAYS IN SERVICING OR REPLACING THE PRODUCT. GAMESTOP MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
All service under this Limited Warranty is contingent upon provision of proof of purchase verified by either a sales receipt or packing slip (Internet orders). To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, please return the item to your nearest GameStop store together with such proof of purchase.
