Rated 2 out of 5 by from It has a poor quality mic and audio. I wasted my money on this headset and don't even want to use it. I'm using my old headset. Can I return it?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money I had owned a turtle beach x12 before and loved it so I thought this one should be a decent headset but I was wrong. The quality of sound is horrible and does not get nearly loud enough. Combine that with the design covering both ears and you may as well be muting the game. The band on the top of the headset can not be adjusted front to back so it fits very poorly . The mic is detachable but what is the point when it can only be used on one side and will not stay in position very well to be of any use. This is probably one of the cheapest made and lowest quality headsets made by turtle beach but the price does not reflect that. I guess they assume that because it says star wars and turtle beach it has to be worth $60. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this piece of junk. My standard xbox one headset is far better than this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice headset Not the best headset in the world, but it will do what you need it to do. Works on both my Xbox One and my PC without an adapter. (3.5mm)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product, Misleading Packaging This is my second Turtle Beach headset that I've owned (the other being an Earforce Recon for the 360) and as expected, the quality is top notch. I love the sound / voice quality that it delivers, it's comfortable on my head and ears, and the X-Wing themed color scheme is awesome. The plastic doesn't feel incredibly strong, but what do you expect when you buy a 60 dollar mic. Just be careful with it and you'll be fine. The only major gripe I have with it is the packaging and its attempt to appeal to all major gaming systems (it's compatible with Xbone, PS4, and PC). However, it fails to mention, aside from a microscopic warning on the back of the box, that if you plan on using this for the Xbox One or PC, you'll need attachments. Either a NEW Xbox controller with the 3.5mm jack or the 30 dollar converter piece (at that point, you may as well shell out for a new controller). And you'll need a cable splitter if you plan on using it for PC and yours has the pink and green audio inputs (which most rigs would have). I'm sharing this to warn online buyers because I see nothing in the product description that gives details about this, so buy only if you have the necessary tools. Great headset, but I don't understand why Turtle Beach couldn't just include an array of adapters in-box.
