Rated 4 out of 5 by from HyperX II Cloud better than any Turle Beach, I had Always had Turle Beach but the last three or four head sets, the mic went out and on one I couldn't hear my friends. Seen Hyper X Cloud Core and tried it out . Kept that headset for myself and got the HyperX II For my son. I won't be going back to Turle Beach. Thanks for selling a superior headset like the HyperX Clouds. They're comfortable, strong, and enjoyable to use. My friends who use them say the same things about the headsets. Once again many many thanks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best Headset under $100 So, i was a little skeptical with purchasing this headset. Im not use to testing headphones under the $300 range. Im not the biggest fan of headsets at all, i do prefer a good pair of headphones and a stand alone microphone. These headphones changed my opinion a fair bit. The sound stage is decent on them, especially in the range of gaming sounds, i feel like for certian genres of music they are a bit weak, but for the price i cant really complain. The mic on them, is a little bit soft, but is very clear, and dosent pick up background noise. Overall for the price they are very a very solid choice!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great headset for a good price. I just got a pair of HyperX Cloud II Pro Gaming Headset – Red version this week and so far I am extremely happy with how they are preforming. Comfort: The over ear design is not something I am generally okay with, but the padding used for these is perfect and the ear cup does not push against my ears or deform them to fit in a small cup. There is plenty of room for my ear to rest comfortable inside. The only drawback is that after prolonged use your ears will get warm and start to sweat. This is not a problem for me since I do not play for more than a few hours at a time and the noise cancellation that the ear cup provide offset the annoyance of sweaty ears. Design: The headsets come in a package that is very professional, giving you the impression from the first time you open the box that you are getting a great bang for your buck. The headband looks like leather with hand stitching and the red metal frame pops with the black leather and distressed black ear coverings with the Hyper X logo. Overall these looks like premium headsets and there is little fear of these break with a small fall from your desk. The only thing I do not like is on the back of the ear cups there are wires which could start to fray or break overtime with hard use and transportation. The carrying case that is packed in barely fits the accessories, and headset but once they are in you can bet that they are not moving…so I guess that could keep them from getting damaged too quickly. Sound: The sound is top notched you can hear mids since the bass is not over done like in some gaming headsets. The 7.1 only works on PC since it requires the USB to perform the pseudo 7.1. I haven’t been able to use the microphone yet but the USB does have a ton of buttons to adjust volume and microphone on the fly. This is something my last headset as lacking, and is a great thing to see. What have I used this with? My PS4 playing Diablo III, and my PC for listing to streams and music. I would use it for my Xbox One but it requires an adapter to work so I guess I will not use it there. I am going to be flying soon and there is a flight headset jack adapter that may come in handy if I get on a plan with a show otherwise that is kind of a nice to have feature that I may not use to often. TL:DR; Great headset if you have the money, and I will be back in a year to let you all know how this worked out in the long run for me.
