Ear Force XP510
Best headset on the market!
I've owned several different brands of headsets over the last 4+ years and the XP510's are by far my favorite. The factory settings for sound and mic cover a wide range of needs/types and you can easily tweek them with the software if you want. The rechargable battery lasts for hours and hours and will automatically turn off if not being used to preserve battery life. These are expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion.
Please don't listen to the guy that gave these a 2 rating. He said he goes through a headset every month, which means he doesn't know what he's doing or he treats them so bad that they break. I have 3 sets of TB wireless headsets and have yet to have problem with any of them. In fact, the wirless set I bought several years ago get used at least 3 times a week for hours at a time and they still work just like new.
Perfect for that Hardcore Gamer
If you are a hardcore gamer and game more than an hour a day and your sucky headphones keep on busting, these are your headphones. Now you might be thinking a little pricey, right? That is what I thought at first too, but man these are really good true surrond sound head phones. Artificial Surrond Sound Headphones, are making you think the noise is coming from more than one place, but this thing makes you feel like you are in the game. Definitley a great buy.

i have had the x12's for a while and i decided it wasnt enough for me i game alot and i have been for a while so i bought the set. i do not know why that person said the batteries die every day. if you buy dollar store batteries they will die but not every day i use rechargable batteries. the surround sound is amazing and probably the best head set ever next to the 1,000,000 dollar pair of bose aviation headset used for the army.
this does not have quality
ive had almost every turtle beach and they are not worth the money i go through a pair about every month or so.they always make it sounds as if you are underwater, your puck will break in your controller, and for wireless ones you have to change batteries everyday which is a short life span for batteries... honestly waste of money
