Rated 4 out of 5 by from They are good headphones but poorly implemented de If you want to use these on ps4 or Xbox with the amp...then you must turn on amp..Press and hold "function key" down...I had no sound even with all audio with amp until I did this on ps4 and a friends xbone.Hope this helps...Where was the directions for this in the packaging? Is like a sync function when you press and hold....Other than this everything is fine with sound...no distortions....PS4 settings....2 changes need to be made for stability...Settings/devices/audio devices/change "chat option" to "all audio"...Then from the main settings/screen and sound/audio output change from "HDMI" to "Digital Out" and then depending on console regions choose "Bitstream Dobly" is most English countries..."Bitstream DTS" for rest....Now that you have sound click "superhuman" button on the amp itself and you are golden!XD Just remember hold down the "Function key" if you have not done so or want to change functions!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Sound but Bad Design. The audio is great. The design of the audio amplifier is clunky and gets in the way. Its almost as if it was an after-thought. "Oh yeah, we forgot about the amplifier. Lets just stick it here close to the controller." It feels like it was put in backwards it should be closer to the other end of the cord or in the middle out of the way and not where it hangs down off the controller without a belt clip or anything to support playing with it dangling off your controller for 4 hours. Also, the headset should have an audio level control to be used without the amplifier. The headset is very loud when you don't use the amplifier with the audio adjust knob. BTW, the audio plug should have a 90 degree elbow, off my controller, not straight out that puts a strain on the wires. Hence, Bad Design. The charge on the amplifier outlasts my Xbox One controller charge. Of course I have the Nyko rechargeable batteries which is another poor quality piece of hardware left for another review at a later time. But for the price point and quality of the headpiece its a keeper. AND the Microphone on the headset is super sensitive and has great sound transmission!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from PX24 For PC Sound quality is amazing. I play a lot of CS:GO and I can hear many thing that my teammates can't. However, CS:GO is a very social game, with the callouts and such. But, the mic doesn't work for me. I've been searching for about a month now for any solutions, including the mic adapter that I bought along with a USB adapter for the mic jack to go into. Even with all of this the mic refuses to work. If anyone has any solutions, please help me out and this headset will be rated much better because my only problem with them is the mic

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesnt work for PC Do not buy this to use as a PC headset, the microphone does not work and after searching for hours I have found no way to get it to work. Do not waste money, does work fine on xbox1 but you have to get an adapter for the old controllers or buy the new controllers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient They work for next gen platforms, PC, and mobile devices. This makes things very convenient for me, so I Really only need one headset. The game audio is adjustable, your own voice feedback is adjustable, surround sound is adjustable, and then overall volume. I would say they are pretty durable, and have a nice length cord. They also have a soft overhead part and ear muff things. I definitely recommend these.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from So so headphones but didn't last 30 days. Bought 2 pair for the household and returned both before 30 days after one pair started popping and cracking loudly due to the wiring going to the controller going out. The plug sticks out approx. 2" from the controller so the wire there gets flexed a lot during use if you keep the controller close to you or in your lap and in my case caused it to break quickly. Not to mention the amp is rather large and cumbersome too. Comfort was average on different head size's in the house. The sound was equal to other headphones in this range except for the Hyper Cloud Core which are louder and clearer but have no external adjustments so you have to use the console settings for volume and chat mix. The 'superhuman' hearing is basically just an EQ setting with the bass and mids turned down. The virtual surround didn't provide any more noticeable sound imaging than other stereo headphones I've used but this also depends on the game. Not bad headphones but the durability was severely lacking in my case.
