- First, you take a fitness test so the game knows your current fitness level. Then, you tell the game what you’re trying to achieve (slimming your stomach, strengthening your arms, etc.). Based on that, the game designs a program specifically for you based on your fitness level, goals and schedule.

| I too was like many women, excited to get this for Christmas and immediately put it to use. My plan was to use this on the days when I couldn't get to the gym. I am a triathlete and work out quite often and in the winter I need to supplement my workout when I can't get outside. So.... I set up this program with high hopes just to become angry! | i love this . i love how she help you do the exterice right . she makes sure your doing it right that your arms and legs are in the right spots too . will fit has nothing on this . i love how she right there doing the work with you . Do not buy this game! You're better off getting Wii Fit Plus. I was so excited about this game. I thought it sounded cool the way you didn't need your remote, and the camera could tell what you were doing, etc... The graphics on the box looked excellent!
