Not only does the PlayStation 3 have tons of hardcore action games, including Resistance, Metal Gear Solid 4, SOCOM, and Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, but it also has games made to where anyone can pick up and play, such as LittleBigPlanet, Ratchet and Clank Future, and Gran Turismo 5. In other words, the PS3 is doing what Nintendo wishes to do, only better. Whereas games for the Wii are targeted at everyone, though they come out as games for children, and games for Xbox 360 are either first person shooters or games for four-year-olds, the PlayStation 3 has an amazing mixture of games that are truly for everyone. i would not reccomend the playstation 3 to any one. the only thing i like about ps3 is that there is an internet browser, wifi, and built in rechargeable batteries in the controller. there is never anybody online and to update a game it takes like 30 minutes to an hour for xbox 360 it takes a max of 2 minutes. you cant voice chat to ur friends privatley in a game. the controlers for the ps3 are ch...[More]

I got My Ps3 about 2 months ago, and can't stop playing it. i previously had an xbox 360 and, after the 3rd rrod, decided to sell it and buy a ps3. it was an overall great choice.
