| I purchased the game thinking that it would be great for my 3 year old to burn some energy. It was perfect. He loves to run and jump so he was able to play most of the games with no problem. There is alot of running and jumping so you really get more of a cardio workout than Wii Fit. We have not beat anything to move to more of a level but it is alot of fun. | I have the Wii Fit (which I love) but wanted another physical game for a more diverse exercise regiment. This game is amazing. I played the workout option "endurance" and "full body workout" and felt like I was going to die.
