| In this exciting, action strategy game, players fight on the side of both Good and Evil in all the
biggest battles from The Lord of the Rings movies. The Battlefront format allows them to switch
between characters at will, to suit the circumstance or their style, reliving – and even reinventing –
the chaotic and engrossing conflicts from the films as they choose how best to tackle their
objectives and defeat their enemies. In online multiplayer, gamers can choose to be Evil from the
outset. |

Lord of the Rings: Conquest puts a whole new idea on LotR games. Even with the flow of new next-gen games coming in, this holds its own. Firstly, you play through the game as a regular, normal soldier, instead of a hero, like you would think. You have to hack and slash your way through tons of enemies (up to 150) and try to defend Middle Earth, or conquer it. You can play as 4 different classes: the archer, warrior, scout, and mage.
Conquest takes place in the Lord of the Rings universe, just like any other, near the start of the books/films. You can choose either a good campaign, or an evil one. The good campaign follows the books and movies, where you are going from region to region, defending against Sauron's legions of orcs, while the evil campaign has a unique twist. Instead of Frodo succeeding and destroying the ring, he fails, and the evil campaign plays out as if Sauron came to power and is conquering Middle Earth.
The graphics are good. They can definit...[More]

Let me cut to the chase: Lord of the rings is a great game, but if you don't have any friends (lol) or family to play it with, skip it. This game was meant for 2-player co-op and online battles. While single-player is fun, it only lasts about 7 hours, and there's no one to share your "WOW!!!!!" moments with. This IS NOT a good SINGLE player game.
I've read that some people don't t...[More] |

Not only was this game awesome when it came out, but but now add ons are available that add more maps for online which are sick and new heroes. Also, hero arenas are now available to face off one hero against another. Since having this game since the day it came out, this game has continually getting more and more fun. The graphics are st...[More] |

| You cant go wrong by buying this game. People are seriously underating this game. This game features a variety of different modes and unlimeted online! The graphics are stunning, and the only bad part is that the faces are a little inaccurate. There is very little character custimation, but besides these two things, this game is a flawless masterpiece. The stroyline for good is the same as th...[More] |
