Four Loyalties:
  • Choose Pirate, English, French or Spanish and Traverse a world of more than 100 PvP conquerable ports in the Caribbean .
Blistering Naval Combat:
  • Virtual buccaneers can engage in fierce ship-to-ship combat in real time, complete with the roar of cannon fire and the crunch of timber as masts and hulls are shattered, sending foes to the bottom of the briny deep or leaving them helpless and ripe for looting.
Savage Swashbuckling:
  • Whether you choose traditional Fencing, the dual-wielding showmanship known as Florentine, or the treachery of Dirty Fighting, your very stance will display your chosen mastery and your every move will be distinct.
Player Versus Player - Conquerable World:
  • Players complete missions to destabilize ports, making them eligible for conquest by their nation. By keeping up the pressure, the conquest mode begins and the ocean surrounding the port becomes an open player versus player environment. All of this culminates with a final conflict to either save the port or conquer it.
Ship Capture and Customization:
  • Build, capture, and customize more than 50 historical ships and countless player created originals. Then design your own personalized flags and custom sail decals.
Action for All Gameplay Styles:
  • Whether your interest is in ship combat, piracy, commercial trading, or adventure, you have a role to play as all your adventures take place in a dramatic world of conflictand change. A dynamic commodities market provides opportunity for clever traders to turn coin, navy missions throw you into the thick of combat, and pirates have ample targets for plunder.

Unlike most, I did not find 'Gankin...[More]

Its true the population is low and the devs are creating conflicts with the players by changing the pvp for the last few patches. I like the gameplay so much nothing bothers me, ie the whining players, the ganking. So far the devs have been listening to our compla...[More]
