This is the only Batman game to have captured the true essence of the caped crusader, he is a detective! The detective mode offers a style of play that is unmatched by anything previously released. So when I bought this I figured it would be just another superhero game (Spiderman 3, Superman Returns, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, ect.) but in fact, it was much more. Batman has always been my favorite superhero. He can't fly, he's not invincible, and he has no superhuman abilities whatsoever. The great thing about Batman Arkham Asylum is that they exploit this.
